Welcome, UNICON Newcomers!
We were so happy to virtually welcome over 500 participants to the 2020 UNICON Team Development Conference. We are also pleased to have our newcomers join this year. They were welcomed in our newcomer session on Day 1 by Robert S. Dietel, Director of Executive Programs at MIT Sloan School of Management, who informed them about UNICON, the conference and what’s to come in the future.
2020 – 2021 Leadership Academy
During this year’s virtual event, the 2020 – 2021 Leadership Academy class participated in each day’s activities at the 2020 UNICON Team Development Conference. The Leadership Academy is geared towards analyzing the Business Model proposition and is fully integrated into the Team Development Conference. The program is held on-line and includes teamwork, projects, webinars, mentoring, individual development planning, peer coaching, and participation in the annual team conference.
