Research Report: A New Way of Working and Learning
The Working Professional Task Force (WPTF), of which UNICON is a member, commissioned Carrington Crisp to undertake research on the future of work and its potential impact on business education.
The research focuses upon how business education can gain a better understanding of future models of work, how institutions may organize resources in the future, how business education can adapt to fit personal and organizational needs, exploring the need for continuous and life-long learning in light of an evolving future, and understanding different learning preferences.
The UNICON Research Committee is a member of the “Working Professional Task Force (WPTF)” that is attempting to imagine the future of work and learning, and how business schools can prepare for that future with effective learning models and programs.
Mark Lewis, University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a member of the UNICON Research Committee, oversees this collaboration.
