University of Chicago, vice-chair 2018-2019

Marco Serrato has served as Executive Director and Vice Rector for Executive Education at Tecnológico de Monterrey, leading the design and development of executive development initiatives delivered in sixty-eight countries worldwide. Currently Marco serves the University of Chicago as Associate Provost.

Gabriel Aramouni

Fundação Dom Cabral

Gabriel Aramouni recently joined the Executive Education program at Fundação Dom Cabral from Brazil as an affiliate professor and associate for Argentina and Uruguay. For the past 20 years, Gabriel served as professor and Director of the Executive Education Center (CEE) and then as Dean of the School of Administration and Business in San Andres University.

Giuseppe Auricchio

Giuseppe Auricchio is Executive Director of the Learning Innovation Unit (LIU) at IESE Business School. IESE’s LIU was established in 2013, reporting directly to the Executive Committee, and is responsible for coordinating a school-wide strategy to improve teaching and learning.

As Executive Director for Custom Programs at the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business, Devin is responsible for the design, development and strategy for the growth and success of non-degree customized executive education offerings.

Jean Choy is Associate Dean, Executive Education and International Initiatives at the University of Washington Foster School of Business. For more than 25 years, Jean Choy has worked with public and private organizations globally to help with their growth strategies by developing their leadership and management bench strengths.

Dr. Markus Frank is Executive Director, Head Custom Programmes for St. Gallen. Dr. Frank is well-known for his expertise in Strategic Management, Change Management, Organizational/Management.

Lise Hammergren

Ms. Lise Hammergren serves as Executive Vice President at BI Norwegian Business School. Ms. Hammergren was Marketing Director at Lilleborg, Director Orkla Brands Marketing and Sales, Assistant Director at Schibsted and European Brand Manager at Unilever.

Camelia Ilie-Cardoza

INCAE Business School

Dr. Camelia Ilie-Cardoza is Dean of Executive Education at INCAE Business School and Chair of the Center for Collaborative & Women Leadership. She teaches leadership development, neuroscience, transformation and organizational change. Dr. Ilie is an engineer specializing in Optical and Biomedical Devices, with a Summa Cum Laude Doctorate from the Pontificia de Comillas University in Spain.

Katharina Lange

Singapore Management University

Katharina has worked in Executive Education for 10 years and has developed, designed and delivered executive programmes in Europe, greater APAC and the Middle East. She joined SMU in 2013 as Programme Director and was promoted Executive Director in 2017. In this time she has expanded the volume and geographical reach of SMU ExD’s Open and Custom Programme portfolio.

Peter Methot

Peter is responsible for the strategic and operational activities related to both professional and corporate education at Rutgers Business School. He is primarily responsible for the digitization and mobile deployment of all Executive Education programs at RBSEE, as well as program portfolio development and business management.

Tina Narron

Tina has over 20 years of experience with the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC. She has 25 years of experience with UNC. For 23 of these years she has worked in various roles within UNC Executive Development including marketing, business development, finance, HR and operations.
