Marco Serrato has served as Executive Director and Vice Rector for Executive Education at Tecnológico de Monterrey, leading the design and development of executive development initiatives delivered in sixty-eight countries worldwide. Currently Marco serves the University of Chicago as Associate Provost.

BI Norwegian Business School, UNICON Board Vice-chair 2019-2020

Ms. Lise Hammergren serves as Executive Vice President at BI Norwegian Business School. Ms. Hammergren was Marketing Director at Lilleborg, Director Orkla Brands Marketing and Sales, Assistant Director at Schibsted and European Brand Manager at Unilever.

Nora Anderson is passionate about creating a positive impact on business and society through education. With over a decade of experience in leadership roles in Management Education, her proven track record of spearheading strategic initiatives crosses three continents.

Giuseppe Auricchio

IESE Business School

Giuseppe Auricchio is Executive Director of the Learning Innovation Unit (LIU) at IESE Business School. IESE’s LIU was established in 2013, reporting directly to the Executive Committee, and is responsible for coordinating a school-wide strategy to improve teaching and learning.

Devin Bigoness

Cornell University

As Executive Director for Custom Programs at the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business, Devin is responsible for the design, development and strategy for the growth and success of non-degree customized executive education offerings.

Kan Cai

Tsinghua University PBC School of Finance

Kan Cai joined PBC School of Finance (PBCSF) when it was first incorporated into Tsinghua University as its 17th school in 2012. Prior to that, he was working as a senior consultant to the EDP Program of Tsinghua’s School of Economics and Management, where he was helping develop new training programs in business model transition and innovation. After the transfer, he became the director of marketing in the newly established Center for Executive Education at PBCSF.

Dr. Markus Frank is Executive Director, Head Custom Programmes for St. Gallen. Dr. Frank is well-known for his expertise in Strategic Management, Change Management, Organizational/Management.

Peter Hirst

Peter Hirst leads the team of professionals who partner with clients and faculty at the MIT Sloan School of Management to develop, design, and deliver innovative executive education programs for individuals and companies.

Marina Karban

Moscow School of Management SKOLVOKO

Marina Karban is the Director of Executive Education since 2015, responsible for sales, design and delivery of corporate programs segment. Marina is passionate about learning new business education approaches and integrating them to the Russian business practice. Marina has initiated the development of the Center for Digital Transformation, aimed at accumulation, proliferation and integration of the topic in the programs.

Katharina Lange

IMD – International Institute for Management Development

Katharina has worked in Executive Education for 10 years and has developed, designed and delivered executive programmes in Europe, greater APAC and the Middle East. She joined Singapore Management University in 2013 as Programme Director and was promoted Executive Director in 2017. In that time she expanded the volume and geographical reach of SMU ExD’s Open and Custom Programme portfolio.

Recently, Katharina accepted a faculty appointment with IMD – International Institute for Management Development, Lausanne, Switzerland; her position begins in September.

Peter Methot

Rutgers University

Peter is responsible for the strategic and operational activities related to both professional and corporate education at Rutgers Business School. He is primarily responsible for the digitization and mobile deployment of all Executive Education programs at RBSEE, as well as program portfolio development and business management.

Tina Narron

University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill

Tina has over 20 years of experience with the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC. She has 25 years of experience with UNC. For 23 of these years she has worked in various roles within UNC Executive Development including marketing, business development, finance, HR and operations.

Bill Scheurer

Provided executive education services for over 25 years, as Executive Director of Executive programs at the University of Minnesota, and currently as Executive Director of UNICON.
