With input from customers and client and insights from the FT/UNICON CLO survey, we’ll map the future business opportunities and business models. Participate in the virtual Workshop and its World Café, engage in deep discussions and leave with important elements of a customized strategic direction.
Highlights of Tuesday’s Session – The goal of the session on Tuesday is to collectively develop first sketches of new business models for university based executive education, Insights from the CLO-survey jointly realized by UNICON and FT, results of the last Pulse Survey and Nora Anderson will fuel the exploration of “WHO is the customer” and “WHAT is our value proposition.”
The session on Wednesday is dedicated to collectively explore the impact of three main driving forces of market dynamics – Demographics, Technology and Geopolitics.
