Webinar: Changing Organizational Models of Executive Education: An Industry Under Pressure

Recorded Friday, September 22, 12 noon EDT

Presented by: Michael Malefakis, University of Pennsylvania and Researchers Marie Eiter and Toby Woll

Moderated by: Rob Dietel, MIT

This webinar discussed emerging strategies for executive education business models in university settings.

Future organizational models for university-level executive education will be paramount to success in the years ahead and your solution will “require all hands on board” for delivery.

A number of UNICON members are adapting their organizational structure to meet the demands of today’s market. Others are deploying task forces to explore alternatives to traditional structures. Many are struggling to manage within the confines of their existing system.

At the Harvard/Mumbai conference, Professor Das Narayandas presented the “The Skills Gap and the Near-Far Problems in Executive Education and Leadership Development” paper.

This second webinar on the future of university-based executive education includes the perspective that Das’s article brings.
